Eligibility Criteria
If you earn up to 175% of the Federal poverty guidelines, you are eligible for services provided by ICS.
If you require additional services, such as representation by an attorney or accredited representative, a nominal fee will be requested for these services. The amount of the fee varies, depending on the services provided. No one will be turned away solely because of inability to pay.
