Immigration Counseling Service (ICS) believes everyone has a right to reputable legal counsel and representation.
ICS attorneys and Accredited Representatives provide their expertise to those who, due to language, illiteracy or poverty, have been prevented from securing necessary legal assistance in their immigration matters, such as establishing permanent residence
or citizenship in the United States.
